Your footage is never ours. Recordings, clips and flight data stay on your own memory card. There is no upload, no cloud library and no account holding your flights — the product is built to work in a field with no internet at all.
Who is responsible

This website collects nothing
This site sets no cookies of our own, runs no analytics and embeds no trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing of ours to consent to. Our web host keeps standard server logs, as every web host does.
The one thing we load from someone else
The home page, which is where the price and the buy button
are, loads a single payment script from Paddle
(cdn.paddle.com). Every other page on this site loads nothing from
third-party servers at all.
That script does one job, and here is exactly what it does and does not do:
- It draws Paddle's checkout panel over this page when you press the buy button, so you can pay without being sent off to another website.
- Paddle receive your IP address and normal browser request details simply because your browser fetches the script from them, and they use those to work out which currency and tax to show you and to spot card fraud.
- Paddle may set their own cookies or similar storage to run the checkout and to keep it secure. What Paddle do with any of this is governed by Paddle's privacy policy.
- It is not analytics and not advertising. We receive nothing from it. It reports no page views to us, builds no profile of you, and follows you nowhere.
If you never press the buy button, the script sits there having drawn nothing. It has no access to your recordings, your flights, or anything on your Raspberry Pi.
What we collect when you buy
Payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle collects what it needs to take payment and meet tax law, under Paddle's own privacy policy.
We never see or store your card details. From a purchase, we receive and keep:
- your name and email address, so we can send your licence key and answer you if you write to us;
- an order reference from Paddle, so we can match a payment to a licence;
- the licence key issued to you.
What we collect when you activate
When a licence is activated, we record which licence was used and an identifier for the Raspberry Pi it was activated on. That is how one licence stays one licence, and how we can move yours to a new board if your hardware fails.
That identifier is a number belonging to the board. It is not a name, a location, or anything about you or your flying.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email support, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and remember the context next time. If you send us logs or a recording to diagnose a problem, we use them only for that and delete them when it is resolved.
What we never collect
- Your recordings, clips, thumbnails or flight logs.
- Where you fly, or when.
- Anything about how you use the console day to day.
- Your card or bank details.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services that make the product work: Paddle (payments, tax and invoicing) and our web and email host. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We will disclose data if the law genuinely requires it.
How long we keep it
Purchase and licence records are kept for as long as the licence exists, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires — a refunded licence still has to be explicable to an accountant years later. Support email is kept while it is useful.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@cosmikstreamer.com and we will respond within 30 days.
One honest limit: if you ask us to delete your purchase record while your licence is active, we cannot then verify or support that licence, and records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes have to stay. We will tell you exactly what we can and cannot remove.
Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws. We honour those rights for everyone who asks, wherever they live.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
